Basic Hygiene Course

For all staff members without vocational education, who process foods on a limited scale. For instance chips, toast, bread with cheese, bake-off, cooking and frying of sausages.

How does it work?

You can complete the course in your own time and at your own speed. You don’t have to be very computer savvy, as long as you know how to use a mouse.

The course is internet based and will guide you easily through the curriculum - which is necessary to pass the final test - in an easy way.

Our food hygiene course will be finalised with an online test, which must be completed within 30 minutes. The course leader must be present during the test in order to ensure that the test is completed without the use of any assisting aids.


The course can be completed in Danish, English, Turkish and Polish. It is also possible to read the course as a PDF in German and Italian.
